Sales Policy on goats purchased from us.
We require a 50% deposit to hold any animal,
which is non-refundable and is due with-in 7 days to hold any animal.
Should
anything happen to an animal upon which a deposit has been made, the buyer will
have first choice of others for sale at or near the original selling price.
We "GUARANTEE" all animals to be
sound, healthy and free of disease (including CL & CAE) for 30 days after
the sale date
as long as it is not stress related or a problem that occurred
from transportation of the animal.
A vet invoice and/or autopsy report will be
required stating the animal had a pre-existing problem which was unavoidable for
refunds.
Animal must be returned if alive at buyer expense. All testing and the
vet certificate are the responsibility of the buyer.
If tests are positive we will refund the purchase price plus cost of the
tests.
We also "GUARANTEE" all breeding stock to breed and conceive.
